The Growth Fellowship is an honorable opportunity that is provided to a chosen group of 10,000 Women program graduates. Winners will be invited to New York City in 2023 to spend three days at the Goldman Sachs headquarters receiving individualized training, coaching, and guidance from the firm’s top executives and other 10,000 Women initiative partners. After that, you’ll participate in a virtual coaching program that lasts for four months.
Ten thousand women from all around the world will have the chance to participate in a four-month mentorship program after attending an intense schedule of activities over the course of three days. The three-day schedule of events for the 2023 Growth Fellowship will be held during the month of March, which is recognized as Women’s History Month. Dates will be announced as they get closer. The current program is set to last through July 2023.
