Andela, Grow with Google, and Pluralsight officially announce another partnership between Andela, Grow with Google, and Pluralsight for the Google Africa Developer Scholarship 2022 program. A program that aims to train 30,000 developers across the continent.
The Google Africa Developer Scholarship (GADS) program gives participants free access to select courses, projects, embedded labs labs, and skill assessments. This is an opportunity for participants to further advance their knowledge and skills in Android, Google Cloud, or Mobile Web technologies.

Grow with Google and Pluralsight have partnered for the third consecutive year to provide a program to support software developers across Africa in two different roles:
- Associate Android Developer
- Associate Cloud Engineer
Programme Benefits
- As a participant, you will get free access to select courses, projects, embedded labs, and skills assessments as you advance your Android or Google Cloud knowledge through the Pluralsight platform.
- You will get a chance to dive deep into Kotlin for the Android track and Machine Learning for the Google Cloud track.
Programme Eligibility
- In order to participate in the Google Africa Developer Scholarship program, you must be at least 18 years of age
- You must be a resident of a country in Africa.
- You may only register for one learning track/role.
Acceptance into this program is limited, so get started today to ensure you don’t miss out! Applicants will be prioritized for advancement based on the amount of Pluralsight content consumed and other target demographics.
How to apply for Google Africa Developer Scholarship 2022
Applicants are to submit names and emails on the application page, then Fill out the on-boarding survey form. Create a Pluralsight account. Once you submit your application, you will have access to learning content on Pluralsight. Study the content for at least one hour to qualify for the program.
