King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Tailand has opened applications for the 2022 KMUTT International Scholarship Programme (KISP) For Undergraduates and Postgraduates Studies

King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi is an engineering and technology university in Thailand, focusing on teaching and research. It is one of nine national research universities in Thailand. It is in Bang Mot Sub-district, Thung Khru District, Bangkok

KMUTT Recognizes the importance of providing opportunities for further education at the undergraduate level and a master’s degree for potential international students. KISP is established to support the tuition fee and other expenses and for increasing a number of international students including networking for international relations.

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants must be international students from countries other than Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, and Vietnam.
  • The English Proficiency Test Score (IELTS, TOEFL, or any other English scores required by each program) is required for all eligible applicants.
  • Applicants must be nominated by a KMUTT faculty or school to be eligible.
  • There must be no reason why scholarship recipients can’t finish their educational program, and they can’t resign or go on a leave of absence without good cause.
  • Scholarships will be revoked if recipients engage in unacceptable behavior or break university/institute/office rules and regulations.
  • The scholarship will be canceled if the academic performance of the grantees falls below the required standard.
    – At least a 2.50 cumulative grade point average is required for bachelor’s degree recipients.
    – Scholarship awardees for master’s degrees must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 for the academic year.
  • Accepting the scholarship should not conflict with other commitments.
  • The scholarship is only valid for the duration of the course of study. It’s not possible to make it longer.
